Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the enrolment of your child at KIDS Nursery & Little Explorers Academy. By registering, parents/guardians agree to the terms below. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy.

1. Enrolment

A place is confirmed once the registration form is completed, required documents are provided, and the registration fee and deposit are paid. Places are subject to availability and may be waitlisted.

2. Fees & payment

• Tuition is payable per term, in advance, by the due date on your invoice.
• The one-time registration fee is non-refundable. The deposit is held against your child's place and applied to the final term or refunded on completion, subject to notice.
• Fees are reviewed annually. Meals are included; optional extras (transport, additional Explorers Academy camps) are billed separately.
• Late payment may result in suspension of the place.

3. Notice period & withdrawal

A minimum of one calendar month's (or one term's, as stated in your enrolment agreement) written notice is required to withdraw a child. Fees are payable during the notice period. The deposit may be forfeited where insufficient notice is given.

4. Refunds, absence & holidays

Fees are not refundable or reducible for absences, holidays taken during term, or illness. The academic calendar and published closure days apply to all families.

5. Late collection

Children must be collected by the end of the session. Persistent or significant late collection may incur a late fee and, ultimately, review of the place.

6. Health & medical

• Children who are unwell or infectious must be kept at home in line with our exclusion guidance.
• Medication is administered only with written parental authorisation and clear instructions.
• In an emergency, we will seek to contact you immediately and may obtain necessary medical treatment for your child.

7. Code of conduct & partnership

We ask families to treat our team with courtesy and to work in partnership with us for the wellbeing of all children. We reserve the right to review a placement where the partnership breaks down or where a child's needs cannot be safely met.

8. Photography & media consent

Photos/videos are only used with the consent you provide on enrolment, which you may amend or withdraw at any time in writing.

9. Transport & liability

Optional transport is provided with trained supervisors and is subject to a separate agreement. KIDS maintains appropriate insurance; personal belongings are brought at the family's own risk.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time; material changes will be communicated to families. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
