Joining the KIDS family is simple and warm. Here's everything you need — from your first hello to your child's first day, plus clear, honest fees.
How to enrol

Come and see our rooms, gardens and STEAM lab, and meet the educators who'll care for your little one.
Apply
Complete the registration form and submit your documents. Pay the registration fee and deposit to secure the place.
Settle in
Gentle, staggered settling sessions help your child feel at home before their full days begin.
Grow together
Your child starts! You'll get daily updates, a learning journal and a whole team cheering them on.
What you'll need
Please have digital copies of the following ready for the application:
Identity
Copies of the child's passport & visa page, birth certificate, and Egyptian ID (child & parent).
Health
Up-to-date immunisation record and a recent health/medical form noting any allergies or conditions.
Photos
Two recent passport-size photos of your child for their records and safety file.
Forms
Completed registration & enrolment forms, emergency contacts and authorised pick-up persons.

Fees
Warm care, world-class learning and the Little Explorers Academy — all included. Below are indicative per-term fees (three terms per academic year).

Sibling & loyalty discounts

Flexible payment
Pay per term in advance. Instalment plans can be arranged on request.
Academic calendar
We follow a three-term year, aligned with ARE nursery norms. Indicative structure:
Term 1 · Autumn
Early September – mid December, with a short mid-term break.
Term 2 · Spring
Early January – late March, with a mid-term break.
Term 3 · Summer
April – early July, followed by our optional summer camp.
Exact dates, holidays and ARE public-holiday closures are shared with families each year. A holiday club runs during some breaks.
Admissions FAQ
What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 45 days old up to 6 years, across six age-based programmes from Little Sprouts to Trailblazers.
Can we join mid-year?
Yes — subject to availability, children can join at any point in the year. Fees are pro-rated from the start date.
Do you offer settling-in sessions?
Absolutely. We run gentle, staggered settling sessions so your child (and you!) feel confident before full days begin.
Is the Explorers Academy included?
Core Explorers Academy STEAM sessions are part of the programme. Additional camps and deep-dive worlds are available as optional extras.
What is your notice period to withdraw?
We ask for written notice as set out in our Terms & Conditions (typically one month/term). The refundable deposit is returned subject to notice.
Do you provide meals and transport?
Freshly-prepared, allergy-aware meals and snacks are included. Air-conditioned, supervised transport is available as an optional add-on.
